Biography

I swam competitively through high school and college, and since then off-and-on with various masters teams. In the past few years I have been open water swimming and have participated in a number of awesome events including Alcatraz Sharkfest, Vancouver Around the Bay Challenge, and the Au I Nā Mokupuni ‘Ekolu (Maui Nui) Channel Crossings. I’m always looking for new ways to encourage others to swim, and to embrace swimming as a fun and healthy kind of exercise. Being a SwimTrek guide is a great way to promote an activity that I love.
